I can’t believe it’s already Monday again. The weekend flew by. Saturday evening was my good friend Erica’s wedding. Since we knew we’d be gone all evening, Kevin and I decided to take Parko for a walk and out to lunch with us.
We headed to our favorite pizza place, Anthony’s, in Thornton Park, where they’re super dog friendly. Kevin ordered his standard pepperoni pizza, and I got a veal parmesan sandwich.
Lunch was delicious and the perfect fuel for our long day ahead.
Erica and I used to work together, and we’ve been good friends ever since. I always knew she had a great eye for detail, which was evident in all the small details on her wedding day. Everything was perfect, and she was a beautiful bride.
The food was also delicious! We were served a three course plated dinner with a palate cleanser. In addition to the traditional wedding cake, they also served assorted desserts.
We were given the choice of chicken, beef or fish for our main course. Kevin chose beef, and I chose fish.
It was such a wonderful evening full of friends, dancing and love. We have one more wedding to attend next month then it’s Kevin’s and my turn.

The last wedding I went to was for my friend who I have been friends with since high school. I was actually in her wedding and she is going to be in mine.
