Last week Publix pizza dough was BOGO, so Kevin and I made the obvious dinner choice: his and her pizzas.
I topped mine with mushrooms, olives, onions and asparagus.
Kevin baked up his favorite: pepperoni.

Publix pizza dough is so yummy. I also really like their whole wheat pizza dough when I can find it.
After our at-home pizza fest, I had an abundance of leftover veggies, which, combined with the last of some spinach, turned into a delicious veggie omelet.
I think I may have overstuffed the omelet, but all that filling made for some delicious leftovers.
