Lunch at Anthony’s

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy having time off work? I love my job, but I also love being able to take long mid-day walks with Kevin and Parko. Yesterday we walked around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando then grabbed lunch at our favorite pizzeria, Anthony’s, in Thornton Park.

Parko

Parko enjoyed being able to accompany us at lunch, since Anthony’s has a huge outdoor seating area. The waitress even brought him out a water bowl. I love places that are dog friendly.

Kevin and I split an order of garlic bread with cheese, which was super delicious. It had plenty of fresh herbs, and the mozzarella was nice and thick.

We also split a pizza: half pepperoni for him and half veggies for me.

What a perfect lunch on our day off.

  1. You eat the best food. I need to follow you around. And technically, I can since you are in Orlando too. So, just know that creepy girl following you and ordering what you’re ordering is me.
Fave day off activity: Catching up on all my DVRed shows. :-)

  2. Time off is so restorative, you get to catch up on all your favorite things you never get to enjoy during the workday. I like to chill by the pool and do a little reading when I have days off.

  3. Brunch on my day off is my absolute FAVORITE activity!

  4. That pizza looks delish! My favorite day off activity is sleeping in and spending extra time on breakfast and my other meals. :)

  5. Pretty much the same thing! Going out to eat something good! Or shopping. Or just relaxing at home!

  6. Parko is so adorable! :) That pizza looks yummy! My favorite day off activity is definitely catching up on the dvr!
