Last night was my first time cooking with tofu and I really enjoyed it. I sauteed extra firm tofu in a sauce made from soy sauce, rice wine and brown sugar with vegetables and tossed with lo mein.

Yes I loved it! It tasted even better as leftovers once all the sauce soaked more in.
I left my method for cooking tofu (crispy like in restaurants) in the comments section of your Ethos Vegan Kitchen review. Your stir fry looks awesome-try frying the tofu in oil and see if you like the different texture! Enjoyed reading some of your reviews, I wanna start a food blog but haven’t taken the plunge yet!
