Thai Singha

My sister and I met up for lunch today in the Waterford Lakes area. We went to one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Central Florida, Thai Singha. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the food always satisfies.

We split an order of summer rolls as an appetizer.

They tasted like summer time: incredibly crisp and refreshing. The wrap was super light and the angel hair and veggies inside added the perfect crunch. It was served with a thick peanut sauce, which was the perfect compliment.

Kathryn ordered her favorite dish there, the pad thai with tofu. It is seriously good pad thai. It has the perfect amount of sweetness balanced with the noodles and peanut taste.

I ordered the panang curry with tofu. I love how they prepare their tofu. It’s incredibly firm and lightly fried so it has a slight crust around it. The curry was very flavorful with just a hint of spice. It’s served with a side of rice, which I dumped into the curry so it could soak up all of the wonderful sauce.

I ate all of my curry and rice then started picking on Kathryn’s plate.

It was a great way to kick off my Sunday: a great lunch and time with my sister!
