The conference Anita and I attended in Atlanta hosted a networking event at World of Coke and its guest of honor was Richard Blais, winner of Top Chef: All-Stars. As a fan of cooking and cooking shows, I was very excited at the idea of meeting him. He planned out all of the food served that evening and did cooking demonstrations of some of the dishes.
The food was set up in stations around World of Coke on both floors, which kept the crowds moving and people mingling. Everything was delicious. (Please excuse the blurry photos. I’m not very good at taking pictures of smaller dishes.)

Although the open bar was the most appealing aspect to most, I was most excited about the food. Anita’s dirty martini and my wine.

Two types of pasta: one in a red sauce with roasted vegetables and one in a cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes.
Besides the open bar, they also had different Coke flavors from around the world for everyone to try.
It was such a fun and delicious evening. I would have loved to try Richard Blais’ restaurant in Atlanta. It’s on my to-do list if I get a return trip.
